You can filter the ticket details by filling the required field and click on filter button. Show the details the ticket as per the filter details.
In helpdesk summary, you can see overdue,due today,open,on hold,closed count of all the employee who has ticket. You can click on any of the tabs to get more information. Show the recent activity details of ticket.
