- If Show Employee in Directory after Record Creation is set to yes, you can see employee in the directory. Otherwise, you can’t see employee in directory.
- If last day of employment is on weekend or on holiday then you can select from drop down list to chose the last working day of that employee i.e Previous day or Next day.
- If Automatically send welcome email while creating new employee is set to yes, then the employee get the welcome email immediately after creating.
- If Automatically send welcome email while creating new employee is set to no, then set Send welcome email after days setting will work.
- If Show transfer tab in employee’s profile is set to yes, then employees are visible to see and access the employee transfer tab, otherwise it is not visible to the employees.
- If Add probation period for new employee is set to yes, then employee will get added corresponding probation period automatically, otherwise it is not get added automatically.

- If Filter data for pending employee approvals is set to yes, then data can filter for pending employee approvals. Otherwise they can’t filter data.
- Send notification to employee while uploading documents is set to yes, employees get the notification while uploading the document.Otherwise employee will not get the notification for the same.
- Send notification to employee while changing profile data is set to yes, employee will get the notification when changes made to there profile data.Otherwise they will not get the notification.

- Start employee confirmation approval process before, This configuration settings works with auto confirmation set to No. here you can define the particular number of days.
- After approvals, confirm employee on, This configuration setting works with auto confirmation set to No. It can be set as after probation date or immediately after approval.
- Filter data for employee confirmation approvals is set to yes, then employee confirmation data can be filter. Otherwise it can not be filter.
- Turn Around Time (TAT) for Creating New Employee from Date of Joining, In this setting Validation will be done on date of joining against TAT days for creating new employee. Employee details has to be entered within TAT days. (This is not applicable to Admin)
- Turn Around Time (TAT) for Updating Status of Existing Employee from Date of Resignation/Termination/Last Day Of Employment, In this setting Validation will be done on date of resignation/termination/last day of employment against TAT days from updating status of existing employee. Dates will be varied based on status. (This is not applicable to Admin)
- Approval type for confirming employee,In this setting you can select any one option from the drop down list i.e Based On Approval or Based On Feedback.
- Criteria for assigning confirmation feedback questions, In this setting you can select the criteria from the drop down list.
- Probation period for confirmation feedback tasks,This setting works when you set the Based on Feedback in approval type for confirming employee. If you define 60 days here then it will take by default 60 days. you can also change this day manually in feedback form.
- Reminder to conflict resolutioner for pending employee confirmation before days, This reminder will be sent to conflict resolutioner if approve(s) has not taken any action on employee confirmation due date.
- Reminder to hr for pending employee confirmation before days, This reminder will be sent to hr if approve(s) has not taken any action on employee confirmation due date.

- Allow to see approvals other then primary approver? If set to Yes then, approver’s other then primary approver also can see the approval details.Otherwise they can’t see it.
- Waiting period before allowing other approver’s to approve If above setting is set to Yes then, approver’s other then primary approver can approve it after waiting period after application date.
